RSA Training

26 Apr Posted by in Industry News | Comments Off

Licensees, approved managers and their staff involved in the sale, supply and service of alcohol in restaurants, function centres, pubs, clubs and other venues in NSW must have a responsible service of alcohol (RSA) certificate. This is aimed at reducing intoxication levels and binge drinking, and associated anti-social behaviour and violence.

RSA training is conducted by Restaurant & Catering Australia. On successful completion of the day long course, you are issued with an approved certificate on behalf of the Liquor Authority.

With your RSA certificate in hand, or prior to which, you should contact Service Industry Legal Services to discuss making your liquor licence application to the Liquor Authority to become an approved licensee or approved manager of licensed premises.

For information on the liquor laws and the responsible service of alcohol, contact us.
