SILS IR/HR Hotline: SILS members get unlimited access to the SILS IR/HR Hotline. The Hotline is available for SILS members every normal working day, 52 weeks of the year. Members can call whenever they like, for as long as it takes to solve their problem. Dru will personally attend to your telephone calls. It’s just like having your own in-house lawyer who understands employers’ needs and concerns.
